Why Upgrade?
Most bolt on long travel kits on the market today reuse factory spindles, leaving a critical weak point in the suspension system. The DRT Fabrication fabricated spindle eliminates that weak link, providing the missing link needed to build a truly bulletproof suspension package.
This design is based on the factory spindle with no geometry changes, allowing compatibility with any bolt on long travel kit designed around OEM spindles. This includes both 2WD and 4WD Tacoma based suspension systems, as well as applicable 4Runner, GX460, and FJ Cruiser platforms.

Built from 3/16 inch and 1/4 inch A36 steel plate with internal gussets
100 percent MIG welded for maximum strength and durability
Steering
Standard dual shear heim outer steering with correct heim center placement
Avoids geometry changes common with aftermarket steering conversions
Works with factory inner and outer tie rods as well as steering extenders
Includes 3/4 inch FK JMX12T heim, custom high angle misalignments, and rubber boot cover
Hub Block & Brake Integration
Machined billet steel hub block with integrated caliper mounts
ABS sensor relocated behind the caliper bracket for improved protection
Stress risers minimized through extensive filleting
