14 Bolt Disc Brake Conversion Kit (SRW with C&C Hubs)

This complete disc brake conversion kit is designed for full float 14 Bolt axles using a SRW housing with Cab & Chassis (C&C) hubs—giving you a narrower axle width with the strength of a full-float setup. Perfect for off-roaders and builders looking for improved braking and weight savings without sacrificing durability.

The C&C hub swap brings the overall axle width down to approximately 65–66", ideal for tighter builds while still running strong. Compared to factory drums, this disc conversion shaves off over 70 lbs of unsprung weight and delivers much better stopping power. All critical components are included to make your swap simple and effective.

  • 2 - Standard Brake Calipers (10mm banjo bolts)
  • 2 - Hydraulic Hoses with Banjo Fittings (3/8-24 inverted flare)
  • 2 - Weld-On Brake Line Tabs
  • 2 - Brake Line Clips
  • 4 - New Brake Pads
  • 2 - New Brake Rotors

Installation Notes

  • Studs must drop freely into rotors — do not press-fit
  • Oversized studs may require drilling rotors
  • Ensure minimum 5/8" lug nut thread engagement
  • Re-bleed brake system after installation
  • Remove residual pressure valve to avoid rear brake drag
  • Adjustable proportioning valve recommended to balance front/rear braking

Upgrade Options

  • Parking Brake Caliper Upgrade: Switch to Cadillac El Dorado-style calipers with integrated parking brake levers (uses 7/16" banjo bolts)
  • Steel Braided Brake Hose Upgrade: Firmer pedal feel, better durability, and resistance to abrasion—ideal for off-road conditions
