We build our rod ends the way we actually want to use them—strong, smooth, and made to last. This 3/4" shaft with a 5/8" bore and fine 16 TPI left-hand threads is crafted from high-quality 4130 chromoly, heat-treated for real-world abuse. The ball is 52100 bearing steel with a hard chrome finish, and the race is injection-molded, Teflon-impregnated nylon for low friction and long service life. Tested to the point of deformation (where heims actually fail in the field), these outperform the cheap mild steel options while still being priced for the DIY fabricator.
