Tight-fit reinforcement when 90° just won’t cut it.
This is the gusset you reach for when space is tight but strength still matters. At 60°, it's a great fit for triangulating corners where a full 90° gusset just won’t sit right—think link brackets, cage tie-ins, or anywhere you want to spread the load without adding bulk.
Cut from 1/4" steel, it’s made to take a hit—especially during a hard lateral roll or when your rig gets off-camber and things get spicy. One leg is 2", the other 2-1/8", so it’ll tuck in just about anywhere without requiring a redesign of your whole setup. Buggy guys will know exactly where this shines, but honestly, anyone working on a tight frame or custom chassis will find a spot for it.
