LS FRONT COVER (LS7)
COMP Cams® LS Timing Cover part # 5497 is designed to work with the GM Gen IV LS7 engines unique oil pump and chain tensioner set up. The cover will work with any GM block as long as it has the LS7 oil pump/chain tensioner set up on it. It will also work with raised cam location blocks like the RHS® LS Alum. Block. Unlike other aftermarket covers, this one comes with a gasket and crank seal.
