Heavy-Duty Long Arm Kit for Custom Jeep Suspension Builds

This DIY long arm kit is the upgrade your radius arm or long arm setup needs to survive real trail use. Whether you’re building a Ford Bronco-style suspension or a basic 3-link, this kit gives you a strong starting point with plenty of flexibility for your own design.

The lower links are made from 2" x .25" wall DOM tubing, cut to 38" long. The uppers are 1.5" x .25" wall DOM, cut to 24" and left long for trimming to fit. It comes with heat-treated chromoly heims—1.25" on the lowers with your choice of misalignment spacing, and 7/8" on the uppers with 9/16" stainless misalignment sized to fit 1 5/8" brackets. The kit is designed for Jeep use but adaptable to other custom setups. Comes unwelded with bolts included.
