These CNC pressbroke .125" thick 5052 aluminum brackets are similar to the transmission cooler kits, but they go on the passenger side. They are designed to make installs a breeze for all FJ Cruisers and 2003-2009 4runner. (no drill install, utilizes existing holes) These fit the Hayden 676 and Hayden 696 coolers. The Hayden coolers are identical in size but the 696 is equipped with an internal temperature thermostat which helps the fluid get up to operating temperature faster, recommended for colder climates. Reduce wear on the steering rack by keeping temperatures cooler!

If you purchase a kit option all you need to complete the install is a quart of your favorite power steering fluid. Toyota uses automatic transmission fluid for power steering. I recommend Toyota WS ATF or Valvoline Maxlife.
