Simple, proven disc brake brackets for Ford 9" with 11.75" rotors and common GM calipers.
These 3/8" thick weld-on brackets are designed to fit axle tubes from 2.75" to 3.0" in diameter. They're built around the 11.75" diameter Bronco rotor (5 on 5.5" pattern) and the widely available '73–'87 Chevy 3/4-ton 4x4 front calipers — a combo that's affordable, proven, and easy to service. You can also use aftermarket calipers with 7.05" pin spacing if you're upgrading. These brackets are sold in pairs and make a clean, reliable disc brake conversion possible with minimal fabrication.
To run this setup, you'll need 15" steel wheels with no more than 4" backspacing. These brackets pair well with either GM dual bleeder calipers or Cadillac Eldorado units with a parking brake. If you’re using slip-on rotors, turning down the axle flange may be necessary depending on your shaft diameter. NAPA rotor and caliper part numbers are provided below for reference and easy sourcing.
Requires 15" steel wheels with max 4" backspacing. If using slip-over rotors, axle flange may need to be machined down. Recommended calipers: LH – N4674 or N4597, RH – N4673 or N4596. Recommended rotor: NB 4885611 or UP 85611.
