Everything you need to cleanly hang a late-model Ford Dana 60 up front—without the scavenger hunt.
We’ve had a pile of calls for this combo, so here it is. Built in the same spirit as our Rear Axle Simple Swaps, this front kit pares it down to exactly what a late-model (1978–1997) Ford Dana 60 needs. You only require one spring perch on this housing, so we include one. The cast side gets handled with the right plate pattern, and we include plates set up for 2.5" springs out of the box—if your build needs a different plate width, tell us and we’ll set it up before it leaves the shop.
U-bolts are the usual hang-up on these axles, so we sized the spread correctly: three at 3.25" and one at 4.125". If you’ve got one of the heavier variants with 3.5" tubes, we can swap the U-bolts to match. Curved shock brackets are included so the shocks ride up the C smoothly instead of fighting it. It’s a straightforward, weld-in solution for the DIY garage builder who’d rather be turning wrenches than chasing parts.

Welding required. This kit does not fit the Super Duty Dana 60. If you’re working with a 3.5" tube variant or a different spring width, let us know and we’ll swap the plates/U-bolts to match before shipping.
