Springless 1-ton crossover and high steer system for kingpin Dana 60 axles.
This kit is designed for kingpin Dana 60 front axles and eliminates the factory preload spring with our springless high steer arms—moving the tie rod up and out of harm’s way while increasing strength and adjustability. It's a true 1-ton crossover/high steer conversion with all the key parts in one package, ready to tackle serious off-road abuse.
Included are two pieces of 1.5" x .25" wall DOM tubing, four GM 1-ton tie rod ends (three standard, one high-angle for the drag link to pitman arm), plus our hex head tube adapters and jam nuts. You’ll be able to fine-tune your setup with a crescent wrench—no marring your tubing with a pipe wrench. More DOM than you need is supplied to account for trimming errors, because it’s better to cut once the right way.
