Flexible, strong, and easy-to-align Y-link steering for Dana 60 axles.
Y-link steering is the go-to choice when you're working with an axle swap, moving your front axle forward, or dealing with odd suspension geometry. Its flexibility in fitment and ease of alignment—especially when matching drag link and track bar angles—makes it one of the most adaptable systems out there. This DIY kit includes everything needed to set up a heavy-duty Y-link system using top-tier components that’ll hold up to real off-road use.
Built around 1.5" x .25" wall DOM tubing and our signature hex head weld-in bungs, this setup makes adjustment simple and clean. You get 4 beefy GM 1-ton TREs (including the Y-link-specific ES2233L and a high-angle ES2026R), plus a pair of Dana 60 high steer arms machined from solid 1018 cold-rolled steel. Whether you're building a trail rig, crawler, or overlander, this system gives you strength and adjustability without the guesswork.
Requires welding. Verify steering clearance at full lock before trimming tubing.Chevy: Requires 2WD steering box swap.Dodge: Requires relocating the steering box and shortening the shaft.3–5 business day lead time.
