Optional stiffness inserts can be added to provide a stiffer ride feel. We recommend trying the bump stops without the stiffness insert at first and add them as needed. We highly recommend using the stiffness inserts while towing.
We recommend running the stiffness inserts if you're looking for more support when towing or taking on jumps. When you're not doing those activities you can remove the inserts with the bump stops on the vehicle and reinstall when needed.
