The Super Duty Dana 60 Front Radius Long Arm Kit is engineered for 2005+ F250/F350 trucks running a Dana 60 front axle. This complete 3-link suspension system delivers superior articulation, improved handling, and the strength needed for extreme off-road use. The radius arm design provides excellent axle control while maintaining proper caster and pinion angles through the full range of suspension travel. Built from heavy-duty steel with precision-machined components, this kit is designed for serious wheelers who demand performance and reliability.
This kit features long arm geometry for maximum articulation and ride quality. The radius arms are constructed from DOM tubing with heavy gussets and reinforcements at critical stress points. All mounting brackets are laser-cut from thick steel plate and include provisions for proper bolt-on installation to the frame. The kit is designed to work with the factory Dana 60 front axle and integrates with aftermarket steering and brake systems.
