Designed specifically for the 1990–1997 Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series and 1996–1997 Lexus LX450, these removable rear window vents are ideal for camping, overlanding, trail adventures, road trips, pets, and everyday driving.

The vents install directly into the factory rear window tracks and allow the windows to remain partially open while helping increase airflow through the cabin. Whether you're looking for additional ventilation while camping, more airflow for pets, or simply a more comfortable drive, our window vents also help reduce wind turbulence and buffeting during everyday and highway driving.

For camping and outdoor use, an optional integrated mesh screen is available to help prevent insects and debris from entering the cabin while still allowing fresh air to flow through.

The Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series began with the 1990 model year in certain international markets and the 1991 model year in North America.

These vents are designed for the rear passenger-door windows. They do not fit earlier Land Cruiser 60 Series models or the newer Land Cruiser 100 Series/Lexus LX470.

Mesh Option: If mesh is selected, the screen is permanently installed within the window vent and is not designed to be removed.

INSTALLATION

Installation is simple and completely reversible. Each vent slides into the factory upper window track, while the window raises into a channel along the bottom of the vent to help secure it in place.

Our window vents are designed to be compatible with vehicles equipped with either stick-on or in-channel rain guards/window visors, so removal of your existing rain guards is typically not necessary. Due to differences between aftermarket brands and designs, compatibility with every rain guard cannot be guaranteed.

To remove the vents, simply lower the window, angle the vent downward, and remove it from the window track.

No drilling, cutting, adhesives, or permanent modification to the vehicle is required.

The factory window cannot be fully closed while the vent is installed. The vent occupies the upper portion of the window opening and must be removed to return the window to its normal fully closed position.

Visual Autowerks Window Vents are designed to install without damaging the vehicle's windows or factory window trim when properly installed. As with any vehicle accessory, proper installation and use are the responsibility of the customer. Visual Autowerks is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or use.

Window Tint: Our window vents may be compatible with vehicles equipped with aftermarket window tint, and many customers have successfully used them on tinted windows. However, compatibility can vary depending on several factors, including the type, thickness, age, installation quality, and overall condition of the tint film.

Due to the way the vents install and the window raises into the lower channel of the vent, some contact with the glass and/or tint film may occur during installation, use, or removal. Because every tint application can vary, Visual Autowerks cannot guarantee that the vents will not scratch, mark, lift, or otherwise damage aftermarket window tint.

Customers with tinted windows should use additional care during installation and use the product at their own discretion. Visual Autowerks is not responsible for damage to aftermarket window tint resulting from installation or use of the window vents.

To help prevent accidental lowering of the windows while the vents are installed, we recommend activating the vehicle's Window Lock after installation.
